Fashion design begins with understanding how garments are constructed.
Master Art Studio offers technical sewing and fashion design instruction for students ages 11 and up. Students learn proper sewing techniques while developing an understanding of garment construction, design, and the relationship between an idea and how it can actually be made.
Beginning students learn how to use a sewing machine safely and correctly, including machine setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting. Students may use studio machines or bring their own machine and learn how to operate it with individual guidance.
Our small class sizes allow for personalized instruction and hands-on technical training.

Beginning Sewing Foundations — Ages 11+
